Pomegranate Sour Mixed

Sour has never tasted better!

You will need to muddle the blueberries, basil, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add the egg whites and shake well. Next you will need to dry shake (no ice). Now, add ice, the vodka, lemon sour, and pomegranate juice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with fresh picked blueberries.

2 oz. vodka
1.5 oz. simple syrup
3 blueberries plus extra for garnish
2 basil leaves
2 oz. lemon sour
2 oz. pomegranate juice
½ oz. pasteurized egg whites
