Molecular Mixology

I created this for an event recently.  We provided two Molecular Cocktails for 300 guests at Jim Henson Studios in Los Angeles California.

By using Molecular techniques I was able to come up with a spin on my infamous Basil Infused Pomegranate Martini.  I used Basil crystals infused in a simple syrup to make the foam and made the Bluebarry caviar with fresh blueberry juice.
